REFRIGERATOR MAGIC - NATURAL SKIN CARE AT HOME

In your very own kitchen you have a veritable palette of natural skin care ingredients that make natural skin care at home easy and inexpensive; also, itís often better for your skin than anything available commercially because you control the ingredients and know exactly what youíre putting on your skin, avoiding all the harsh additives of the over-the-counter skin care products. Go ahead and mix up a batch of oatmeal facial scrub with peppermint for an invigorating, exfoliating facial treatment, or have a revitalizing sea salt foot scrub with bergamot. The possibilities are endless.

Natural Skin Care At Home - Your Own Natural Skin Care Products
The biggest dilemma when it comes to skin care seems to be that we have no idea what to apply to skin to give it a healthy complexion or to get rid of irritation. Many people donít even know what category their skin type fits into; knowing your skin type and its problems is of extreme importance when it comes to natural skin care at home.

Each of us could use a weekend at a luxury spa or a beauty retreat. Daily stress, pollution and a frantic lifestyle upsets your skin quicker than you think, and before you know it, your skin looks old, uncared for and lacks itís usual glow. In order to avoid this, we need to take care of our skin the way possible, and best of all can be giving yourself a good homemade cleansing treatment that youíve concocted at home.

You probably envy the beautiful designer bath products displayed in the trendy department stores but you donít want to fork out the big bucks for them so why not make your own? Natural skin care at home is basically inexpensive and easy to create. When you dress up your homemade skin care creations in a pretty container, they're a wonderful gift for friends and relatives. So get out your mixing bowls and give homemade natural skin care a whirl.

Instead of spending a lot of money on the expensive, yet harmful, artificial synthetic based drugs, creams, lotions and such, it is much better to adopt the techniques of natural skin care at home, which are quite inexpensive and a lot more effective without any side effects.

Tips on Natural Skin Care At Home
There’s many great natural skin care solutions that you can create quite easily, such as:
  • A mixture of oatmeal, lemon juice and one mashed guava is an effective solution for restoring glow to the skin; apply it slowly and allow it to stay undisturbed for 20 long minutes before washing it off.
  • Another very easy and inexpensive technique of bringing real freshness to the skin applying a mixture of one teaspoon of pure honey, the white of an egg and some grated potato on the skin. Let it dry and then wash it off with cool water to enjoy an ecstatic feel of freshness.
  • Mix a packet of unflavored gelatin with 1 tbsp fruit juice, such as grapefruit, orange or lemon, then heat in a microwave until warm. Apply mixture to your face in a thin layer and let it dry to the touch, then peel the masque off and rinse with cool water for a new face!
  • Give yourself a five-minute scrub of powdered almonds, walnuts and honey mixed with a little fresh cream milk to exfoliate those dead skin cells.
